How it works.

  1. Connect collectors per tenant

    Register a read-only service principal in each Entra tenant. Spot IPAM syncs VNets, peerings, and address spaces without write access to your subscriptions.

  2. Import and check for conflicts

    Address spaces from Azure, on-prem spreadsheets, and reserved blocks land in one register. Overlaps between tenants surface before anyone requests a new CIDR.

  3. Allocate with approval

    Engineers submit CIDR requests scoped to a tenant. Approvers assign a subnet, DNS records update, and every action writes to the audit log.

  • Where is customer data stored?

    Spot IPAM runs on Cloudflare Workers with D1 storage in the EU. Customer environments are isolated per tenant.

  • Does Spot IPAM support Entra SSO?

    Yes. Authentication flows through Spot Suite OIDC. Users sign in with Entra ID, passkeys, or authenticator-app MFA. Tokens carry org_id and Environment role claims.

  • What compliance evidence does Spot IPAM produce?

    Every allocation records requester, approver, and tenant context in an immutable audit log. You can export the address-space register for network segregation reviews and audit handoffs.

  • How does the trial work?

    Card checkout includes a 30-day free trial per Environment. Invoice billing is available (paid from day one; no trial on invoice). The Team plan covers one Entra tenant and up to 50 address spaces. When the trial ends, pick a paid plan or export your register and close the account.
